Avid Sports Medicine believes that movement is essential for health. We don’t just tell you what to do, we do it with you.  Avid Fitness combines strength, mobility and cardio for a total body workout program. Classes available virtually, in-person and on-demand.

Avid Circuit Burner

Virtual group strength training with healthcare professionals. This class focuses on building strength, mobility, and body awareness. The movements are focused and deliberate. We don’t just show you what to do; we teach you how to effectively perform each move and explain what you should feel.

Avid Pilates

Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a mat to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core.

Avid World Rhythms

A cardio dance class exploring the diversity of genres around the world. This class will keep you moving and grooving to music from Latin America, thru the Caribbean, and to Africa.

Avid Yoga

Thursday  |  12 pm – 1 pm  |  Sign up

Flow through a series of yoga postures to build heat and release tension in the body. Conscious and deliberate movements naturally allow for mental space and mindfulness.

Lively choreography and great music. This class is exercise for the body and mind, and consists of a series of choreographed dances with multi-level options for all fitness levels and living spaces. We also feature body weight strengthening and mobility exercises.
