THE AVID DIFFERENCE
Most gyms give you space to work out. Avid gives you space to train with the support of a complete health and performance team.
Members train in a facility connected to sports medicine, physical therapy, chiropractic care, sports massage, regenerative medicine, Shockwave Therapy, gait analysis, and movement screenings.
Training should never happen in isolation.
If something feels off, pain appears, or you are returning from injury, you are already in the right place to get guidance. The goal is not simply to work harder—it is to train with more awareness, better mechanics, and a stronger plan for long-term movement health.
BUILT FOR YOU
Avid Athlete Studio is designed for people who care about performance, longevity, and recovery.
01
Returning from injury or building toward a race.
02
Staying active without recurring pain.
03
Seeking a smarter, convenient training space.
04
Rebuilding strength after physical therapy.
05
Using clinical-grade equipment.
06
Choosing support over a crowded gym floor.
07
Moving better while reducing injury risk.
Whether you are training for your next 5K, returning after surgery, managing an old injury, or simply trying to stay consistent, Avid gives you a more informed way to train.
CORE PILLARS
PILLAR 01
Avid is led by Dr. Veronica Jow, MD, board-certified in Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine. Clinical support is part of the environment, not an afterthought.
If pain, movement limitations, or injury concerns arise, you can connect with Avid’s care team without leaving the building.
PILLAR 02
Walk or run with reduced body weight using technology frequently found in elite rehabilitation and performance settings.
PILLAR 03
Identify movement patterns, mobility limitations, and areas that may need support.
ONE ROOF, ONE TEAM
Athlete Studio is part of Avid’s larger care ecosystem. Train, recover, assess movement, and connect with an experienced care team in one location.
This makes Avid more than a gym. It is a performance and recovery hub for people who want to stay active for the long term.
